Facility appeared clean, but had foul odor, perhaps dirty carpets. Staff lack enthusiasum for the children and are commonly seen using their cell phones/texting while they should be supervising children. Leaps and Bounds during the 2+ years my child attended, continuously lacked communication on all levels to us as parents. My child came home on a number of occasions with a soiled diaper. On two occasions my child was in the soiled diaper so long the fecal matter had dried on his skin.
